How would you feel if you cannot go to your favorite artist's concert & moreover you can't even buy the merchandise. Does not feel very cheery, does it?
Product Goal:
Create an app through which both local & international fans can buy concert merch easily & quickly

The Research:
When conducting research I had an assumption about user pain points only based on how a local user would have, But after conducting the interview I have discovered the problems International fans might have faced while buying the merch like language barrier & problems regarding currencies

A music enthusiast who attends concerts often & likes to collect merch for memorabilia but his busy schedules sometimes gets in the way of buying.
